They said what they would do, they did more than what they said and they did it with excellence. The install team, Lei and Vincent communicated well, did their job with grace and efficiency, and left the site clean, but more importantly with a fully working system which immediately produced results. Nothing happens without the back room staff who are the most pleasant and accommodating group especially Christine. The price is always important and Dsolar are very competitive, 10 out of 10 and fully recommended.

From my first contact with Derick to the completion of the installation of the panels by Dan, Josh and Taylar, I have nothing but praise for the excellent and professional work that they have undertaken. I had many many conversations with Derick as to why I couldn’t say yes to the installation; storms, hail damage, new roof, holdups with the new roof due to more rain – the list goes on. However, on all occasions, Derick calmly took it all in, suggested new contact timings and cleared the way for the team. Great Job!

I found Dsolar very professional in all aspects of the process from phone calls to the installation. Jerry was the team leader of installation he was very courteous and professional installation was done with out an issue they clean up all rubbish all wiring connections were very tidy. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Michael and his team arrived when they said they would and I found the whole team very energetic. They installed all the panels and inverter in half a day, which I did not think was possible, but they were very professional and took a lot of care. The system started working straight away when connected and Michael was very thorough. Great job.

Super professional installation. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently with minimal disturbance to the family who remained inside the home. No mess left at all on completion either. After installation support with Chrissy on the phone was superb also. Polite and courteous and really knew her stuff enabling me to quickly set up my on phone app so i can view how our system is operating.

Derek, Chrissy and the office team were friendly, flexible and offered sensible advice without being pushy. Dsolar basically did all the work (including approvals etc), so it was super easy – and I’m very happy we now have solar on the roof!

I found the boys were the best they never stopped working all day and were so polite and well mannered I can’t speak highly enough Lee and Vincent were so helpful the put the things I couldn’t do on my ipad thanks to them also the other boy I am not sure of his name

Jerry and his team showed up when they said they would, were so polite and courteous it was a pleasure to have them working at my house. They set up everything including the connection for the inverter, left no mess or rubbish at all. A great job all round.
